30多年来,大庆油田在为国家作出巨大物质贡献的同时,还在实践中培育了具有大庆企业特点的以“爱国、创业、求实、奉献”为核心的企业文化.它以油田员工共同的价值观为基础,反映着油田企业的经营理念、价值取向、行为规范和整体精神,对开发建设大油田,改变我国石油工业落后面貌,实现石油自给和石油工业的长足发展,产生了极其深刻的影响.最近,这个油田职工思想政治工作研究会所写的《大庆油田企业文化产生的基础、基本特征及其发展趋势》一文获全行业优秀论文一等奖,这里特载其中的一部分.
For more than 30 years, while Daqing Oilfield has made great material contributions for the country, it has also cultivated a corporate culture with the characteristics of “Daxi, entrepreneurship, truth-seeking, and dedication” as the core of Daqing enterprises. It is based on the common values of oilfield employees. As a foundation, it reflects the business philosophy, value orientation, behavioral norms and overall spirit of oilfield companies. It has had a profound impact on the development and construction of large oil fields, changes in the backwardness of China’s oil industry, and the realization of oil self-sufficiency and the long-term development of the oil industry. Recently, the article “The Fundamentals, Basic Characteristics, and Development Trends of Corporate Culture in Daqing Oilfield” written by the research meeting of the ideological and political work staff of the oil field has won the first prize of the industry-wide outstanding papers.
