为研究装甲车辆的热管理系统,搭建了具有高、低温双循环的装甲车辆热管理试验台,在Matlab中建立了热管理试验台各部件的流动和传热模型,并针对模型的稳态特性和动态特性分别进行了仿真计算和试验验证。结果表明:所建立的流动和传热模型能够准确反映试验台特性,为进一步利用热管理试验台进行热管理技术研究奠定了基础。
In order to study the thermal management system of armored vehicles, a thermal management test rig for armored vehicles with high and low temperature double cycles was set up. The flow and heat transfer models of various parts of thermal management test rig were established in Matlab. According to the steady state characteristics And dynamic characteristics were simulated and experimental verification. The results show that the established flow and heat transfer model can accurately reflect the characteristics of the test bed, which lays the foundation for the further research on the thermal management technology using the thermal management test stand.
