几年来,平顶山矿务局十二矿把“增产节约,增收节支”活动,作为企业内部挖潜、提高经济效益的重要途径,并把这作为企业发展中必须重视和执行的一个长远方针,使企业的面貌发生了很大改观。 我矿是1958年动工兴建1960年简易投产的年仅30万吨的小型矿井。设计不尽合理,开采技术落后,设备简陋,直到1975年仍未达到设计能力。进入社会主义建设新时期后,为扩大再生产,在不停产的情况下,从解决“卡脖子”问题入手,进行挖潜改造,把1吨矿车提升改为非标准3吨箕斗提升;用800mm吊挂皮带代替矿车运输;把南风井1.8m轴流式旧风机改为2.4m新风机,并增设了压风系统,新掘了一条1200m长的管子斜井;为提高排水抗灾能力,新建了井底水泵房和水仓;同时对供电、运输及地面储装运等不适应的生产环节也进行相应技术改造。1980年形成核定生产能力为60万吨的矿井。目前,在建北风井一座,大斜井排矸系统、主井刷大工程有待进一步完善配套,1991年所有技改项目可望完成,将形成90万吨的年生产能力。
