早在一百多年前,伟大的无产阶级导师马克思就曾明确指出:劳动生产力是随着科学和技术的不断进步而不断发展的,科学技术是生产力。时至二十世纪中后叶,中国共产党的三代领导核心——毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民,都从中国实际出发,继承和发展了马克思主义的“科技观”,并相继提出了“向科学进军”、“科学技术是第一生产力”的思想观点和“科教兴国”的思想战略,为中国的社会主义建设起到了极大的指导作用。
