Objective To understand the occupational health status of 45 radiation workers in a copper mine in Jiangxi Province. Methods According to the Appendix “Radiation Workers Occupational Health Examination Project” of “Technical Specifications for Occupational Health Monitoring of Radiation Workers”, the health examination of the subjects was conducted and the examination results were analyzed. Results The average effective dose of 45 copper miners was lower than the national limit. Five people who did not meet the health standards of radiation workers accounted for 11.0% of the number of examinees and 51.0% of the other anomalies were detected. , The highest detection rate of Abnormal B-ultrasound, accounting for 31.1% of the number of subjects. Radiation operation group health rate and abnormal detection rate compared with non-radiation workers group was not statistically significant. CONCLUSIONS: Laboratory sensitive indicators of radiation workers receiving low dose radiation are decreased blood cells (1 white blood cell, 2 lower blood platelets), abnormal thyroid function (1 free serum elevated T3, reduced thyrotropin), and micronucleus rate of lymphocytes High. In addition to enhancing workplace protection, attention should also be given to the health risks posed by lifestyles and environmental factors.
