Objective To study and observe the changes of perinatal microcirculation and cytokines in pregnant women with hypertensive disorder. Methods Forty-two pregnant women with gestational hypertension who gave birth in this hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected as the observation group and 42 healthy pregnant women delivered at the same hospital during the same period were selected as the control group. The group of maternal microcirculation related indicators and serum levels of cytokines after childbirth and 1 d, 3 d, 7 d after delivery. Results The indexes related to microcirculation in the observation group after delivery and on the 1st, 3rd, and 7th postpartum were all worse than those in the control group. The levels of serum cytokines after birth and 1 and 3 days postpartum were also lower than those in the control group All were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The perinatal microcirculation status and cytokines of pregnant women with hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy obviously fluctuate and are in a relatively poor state and should be given targeted interventions according to their changes.
