一些资料表明,原发性肝癌(肝癌)高发地区粮食及食品中黄曲霉毒素(AF)污染严重,且乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)携带者尿中AF代谢产物AFM_1排出量明显高于当地自然人群。为了探讨乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染后摄入AF的代谢差异,本文对慢乙肝患者及配对的健康人群同时进行血、尿中AF代谢产物的对比测定,结果报告如下。
Some data indicate that aflatoxins (AF) are seriously polluted in food and foodstuffs of primary liver cancer (HCC), and AFM_1 excretion of urinary AF metabolites of HBsAg carriers is significantly higher than that of native crowd. In order to investigate the metabolic difference of AF after inoculation of Hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection, this paper compares the AF metabolites in blood and urine of patients with chronic hepatitis B and matched healthy people at the same time. The results are reported as follows.
