大豆植株中Cu、Zn的含量是种子>叶片>叶柄、茎秆;Mn的含量是叶片>叶柄、茎秆>种子。大豆对Cu、Zn、Mn的积累量以结荚至鼓粒期为最多。大豆对Cu、Zn的吸收强度(mg/亩·日)以鼓粒期为最大,而Mn的吸收强度以结荚初期为最大。安农75—59亩产189.5kg,需要吸收Cu5.95g、Zn30.43g、Mn19.53g,安激一号亩产214.5kg,需要吸收Cu6.92g、Zn34.64g、Mn25.13g。大豆植株中的P/Zn比值因不同生育期、不同器官而异,叶片中的P/Zn比以分技期最高,茎中的P/Zn比以结荚鼓粒期为最高,花荚、籽粒>叶片、茎秆。
