人体产生的转化生长因子-β(TransformingGrowth Factor-β,TGF-β)能抑制多种细胞的增殖。通过对5株稳定的卵巢癌细胞株和10例原发性卵巢上皮癌细胞培养,研究了TGF-β能否对正常和恶性卵巢上皮细胞诱导凋亡。在5株稳定的卵巢癌细胞株中只有OVCA420株的增殖被TGF-β显著抑制,并可见TGF-β诱发凋亡的特异性DNA片段,
Human-derived transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) can inhibit the proliferation of a variety of cells. We investigated whether TGF-β induces apoptosis in normal and malignant ovarian epithelial cells by culturing five stable ovarian cancer cell lines and 10 primary epithelial ovarian cancer cells. In the five stable ovarian cancer cell lines, only the proliferation of OVCA420 strain was significantly inhibited by TGF-β and the specific DNA fragment induced by TGF-β was observed.
