At the recent congressional hearing, representatives from the State Department, the National Science Foundation, the Pentagon and the scientific community delivered different opinions on the scientific exchange with the Soviet Union. The hearing, convened by the Subcommittee on International Scientific Cooperation, is intended to conduct a study on the most recent U.S. resolutions on the three major aspects of space science, deep-sea drilling and the activities of the Vienna International System Analysis Group.
