There is a view that China is the world’s largest variable. China’s sustainable development is the basis for sustainable development in the world. As long as China develops, the world can develop. Based on this view, the deputy governor of the World Bank, Frannie A. Léautier, puts forward higher requirements for Chinese companies. “Chinese companies should do a better job in terms of social responsibilities, both at home and abroad.” In fact, this is a considerable problem for China. China has earned foreign exchange through a large number of labor-intensive industries to create jobs. With the intense competition, some companies are forced to obtain competitive advantage at the expense of prolonging the working time and other ways of harming employees’ health. This often leads to issues related to social responsibility. Well, they are subjected to pressure from the export market and even become the cause of many trade disputes. one of the reasons.
