本文搜集并整理了TJ7—74规范试行以来60栋建筑物的沉降观测资料,对在规范中采用的沉降计算经验系数M_s值提出三点修订建议:(一)提出m_s与E_s的关系方程式m_s=2.086e~(0.013E~s),并结合以往经验修改了规范中采用的系数值;(二)鉴于附加应力在地基中沿深度分布的特点,建议采用按分层变形求算E_s的加权平均值:(三)考虑到地基变形的非线性性质,建议在沉降计算中采用实际压力下的压缩模量E_s。
This paper collects and collates the settlement observation data of 60 buildings since the trial of TJ7-74, and proposes three amendments to the M_s value of the empirical formula used for the settlement calculation: (1) Putting forward the relationship between m_s and E_s Equation m_s= 2.086e ~ (0.013E ~ s), combined with previous experience to modify the coefficient values used in the specification; (b) in view of the characteristics of additional stress along the depth distribution in the foundation, it is recommended to calculate the weighted average of E_s by layered deformation. Value: (3) Considering the nonlinear nature of the foundation deformation, it is recommended to use the compression modulus E_s under actual pressure in the settlement calculation.
