目的:探讨视觉诱发电位(VEP)在视神经挫伤中的应用。方法:对48例临床诊断为视神经挫伤者进行VEP测定, 并与自体健眼或正常对照组进行对照,治疗前后进行对照。结果:48例中单眼挫伤者43例,双眼挫伤者5例,共53眼,VEP 检测均有不同程度的异常,异常率明显高于对照组,且随视力下降而增高;伤后矫正视力>0.1者预后较好,而<0.1者预后差。结论:VEP对视神经挫伤的检出有较高的敏感性,是早期诊断,疗效观察,预后评估的客观检查方法。
Objective: To investigate the application of visual evoked potential (VEP) in optic nerve contusion. Methods: VEP was measured in 48 cases with optic nerve contusion and compared with autoskeleton or normal control group before and after treatment. Results: There were 43 cases of monocular contusion in 48 cases and 5 cases of contusion of both eyes in 53 cases. The VEP test had different degrees of abnormalities, the abnormal rate was significantly higher than that of the control group, and increased with the decrease of visual acuity; corrected visual acuity> 0.1 better prognosis, and <0.1 poor prognosis. Conclusion: VEP is highly sensitive to the detection of optic nerve contusion and is an objective examination method for early diagnosis, curative effect observation and prognosis evaluation.
