目的:分析小儿尿路感染病原微生物的分布及其对抗菌药物敏感性,为临床抗菌药物的使用提供参考。方法:选取2015年1月—2016年12月期间收治的尿路感染患儿128例,采集中段尿,做病原微生物培养与药敏试验,分析小儿尿路感染病原微生物的分布和药敏试验结果。结果:128例患儿的尿液标本经微生物培养,分离出致病菌株137株,革兰阴性菌107株所占比例明显高于其他病原菌(P<0.05),主要以大肠埃希菌、奇异变形杆菌和肺炎克雷伯菌为主;革兰阳性菌28株以粪肠球菌、屎肠球菌为主;真菌2株;经药敏试验检查结果示革兰阴性菌对头孢哌酮-舒巴坦敏感。结论:分析小儿尿路感染的病原微生物分布及药敏试验结果,可为其临床治疗提供可靠的参考依据。
Objective: To analyze the distribution of pathogenic microorganism in children with urinary tract infection and its sensitivity to antimicrobial agents, and to provide a reference for the use of clinical antimicrobial agents. Methods: From January 2015 to December 2016, 128 children with urinary tract infection were enrolled. The urine in the middle part of the urine was collected and the pathogenic microorganism culture and drug sensitivity test were conducted. The distribution and drug susceptibility test results of pathogenic microorganisms in children with urinary tract infection . Results: Urine samples of 128 children were cultured by microorganism, and 137 strains of pathogens were isolated. The proportion of 107 strains of gram-negative bacteria was significantly higher than that of other pathogens (P <0.05), mainly including Escherichia coli, Proteus and Klebsiella pneumoniae; Gram-positive bacteria 28 strains of Enterococcus faecalis, Enterococcus faecium; Fungi 2 strains; drug sensitivity test results showed that Gram-negative bacteria cefoperazone - Shuba Tan sensitive. Conclusion: Analyzing the distribution of pathogenic microorganisms in children with urinary tract infection and drug susceptibility test results can provide a reliable reference for clinical treatment.
