日前,国务院关于环保的诸多刺激政策不断出台,确定力争在2015年环保产业成为国民经济的支柱产业。考虑到当前经济下行趋势,环保产业更被赋予了拉动经济增长、促进结构调整的新引擎和新抓手。特别是在严格环境监管,发挥对产业的倒逼作用,以扩大需求促进产业发展,探索环境服务业发展、鼓励商业模式创新等政策的引领下,环保产业的崛起已经成为必然。
Recently, the State Council on the many stimulus policies on environmental protection continue to introduce, determined to strive in 2015 by the environmental protection industry as a pillar industry of the national economy. Taking into account the current economic downturn, the environmental protection industry has also been given a new engine and a new starting point for stimulating economic growth and promoting structural adjustment. In particular, under the guidance of such policies as strict environmental regulation, giving full play to the industry’s counterproductive role in expanding demand for industrial development, exploring the development of environmental services and encouraging business model innovation, the rise of the environmental protection industry has become inevitable.
