苯硫脲(pheny thiocarhamide)简称PTC、是一种白色结晶状药物。由于含有N—C=S基团、呈苦涩味。人类对PTC的尝味能力,是受单基因控制的一种遗传性状,属于不完全显性遗传。关于人类PTC尝味能力的研究,不仅可以为人种学、人类遗传学提供基本数据,并且有人认为,人类PTC的尝味能力也与甲状腺和肿瘤等疾病具有一定的相关联系。据报导不同民族不同年令和性别,对PTC的尝味能力也均有差异。为此,我们于1979年底对500例汉族青少年的PTC尝味能力、做了初步的检查测定,获得了一些有关数据。现将调查的结果报告如下:
Pheny thiourea (pheny thiocarhamide) referred to as PTC, is a white crystalline drug. Due to containing N-C = S group, was bitter taste. Taste of human taste of PTC, is a single gene controlled by a genetic trait, belonging to incomplete dominant inheritance. The research on the taste-tasting ability of human PTC can not only provide basic data for ethnography and human genetics, but also some people think that the tasting ability of human PTC is also related to diseases such as thyroid and tumor. It is reported that different nationalities and different years of age, sex, taste of PTC also have differences in ability. To this end, we conducted a preliminary examination and determination on the taste-tasting ability of 500 young Han Chinese people by the end of 1979 and obtained some relevant data.
