高校基层干部队伍是高校干部队伍的重要组成部分,其能力高低关系到干部队伍的整体能力水平。本文分析了加强高校基层干部队伍能力建设的现实需求,提出高校加强基层干部队伍能力建设的推进性策略,指出高校在基层干部能力建设中应重使用、抓培养,增强干部能力;抓学习、促交流,激发干部潜能;抓考评、摸规律,推动基层干部向前发展。同时,高校基层干部要勤于实践,增强执行能力;乐于思考,提高创新能力;善于学习,夯实发展能力。
The ranks of cadres at the grassroots level in colleges and universities are an important part of the contingent of cadres in colleges and universities, and their ability is related to the overall capability of cadres. This paper analyzes the practical needs of strengthening the capacity building of grass-roots cadres at colleges and universities, puts forward the advancing strategy of strengthening capacity-building of grass-roots cadres at colleges and universities, points out that colleges and universities should re-use grass-roots cadres in capacity-building, Exchange and inspire the potential of cadres; grasping the evaluation and touching rules and promoting the development of grassroots cadres.
