目的 全面、准确地掌握邯郸市及所辖县(区)级疾控中心碘盐质控情况,及时发现问题,采取相应措施,提高碘盐检测水平.方法 采用国家标准《制盐工业通用试验方法碘的测定》GB/T 13025.7-2012对检测结果进行判定.结果 各单位质控的测定平均值与定值比较,2012年有3个单位共4个质控的测定值不合格,合格率90.0％,80.0％的测定值在不确定度＜1.0 mg/kg范围内,10.0％的测定值在不确定度1.0 ～ 2.0 mg/kg范围内,10.0％的测定值在不确定度＞ 2.0 mg/kg范围内;2013年有2个单位共2个质控的测定值不合格,合格率95.0％,87.5％的测定值在不确定度＜1.0 mg/kg范围内,7.5％的测定值在不确定度1.0 ～ 2.0 mg/kg范围内,5.0％的测定值在不确定度＞2.0mg/kg范围内;2014年合格率100.0％,90.0％的测定值在不确定度＜1.0 mg/kg范围内,10.0％的测定值在不确定度1.0 ～2.0 mg/kg范围内,没有测定值在不确定度＞2.0 mg/kg范围内.结论 通过碘盐质控考核,邯郸市及所辖县(区)碘盐质控测定值的合格率逐年递增,不确定度＜ 1.0 mg/kg范围内的测定值百分比也逐年递增.“,”Objective Comprehensively and accurately grasp the Handan city and county (district) level centers for disease control and prevention of iodized salt quality control,find the problem in time,take corresponding measures,raise the level of iodized salt test.Method Using national standard general test method to the determination of iodine salt industry GB/T 13025.7-2012.Result Each unit of quality control measure average compared with the fixed value,have 3 units in 2012,a total of four quality measurements is unqualified.The percent of pass is 90.0％,80.0％ of the measured value in the uncertainty of ＜ 1.0 range,10.0％ of the measured value in the range of uncertainty of 1.0,2.0,10％ of the measured value in the range of uncertainty ＞2.0,have 2 units in 2013,a total of 2 quality measurements is unqualified,The percent of pass is 95.0％,87.5％ of the measured value in the uncertainty of ＜ 1.0 range,7.5％ of the measured value in the range of uncertainty of 1,2.5％ of the measured value in the range of uncertainty ＞ 2.0.In 2014,the percent of pass is 100.0％,90.0％ of the measured value in the uncertainty of ＜ 1.0 range,10.0％ of the measured value in the range of uncertainty of 1.0,2.0.No determination of value in the range of uncertainty ＞ 2.0.Conclusion Through examination of iodized salt quality control,handan city and various counties (districts) of iodized salt quality control measurements of qualified rate is rising every year,measurements within the scope of the uncertainty of ＜ 1.0 percentage is also on the rise,quality control samples determination accuracy and precision are improved.
