16个水稻材料的分析结果表明,蛋白质中必需氨基酸的含量和遗传密码数目呈正相关关系(r=0.9858,t=10.0458>t_(0.01)=5.841)。色氨酸,蛋氨酸+胱氨酸和赖氨酸在水稻蛋白质中是限制性氨基酸。这是水稻蛋白质品质育种中的主攻方向。在四种限制性氨基酸中,胱氨酸、色氨酸和蛋氨酸在水稻蛋白质中的含量变异是大的(C.V=26.77%,19.25%,11.51%)。因此要提高它们的含量宜采用杂交育种途径。但是赖氨酸含量的变异是小的(C.V=3.94%),要提高它的含量宜采用诱变和杂交育种途径。
The analysis of 16 rice materials showed that there was a positive correlation between the content of essential amino acids and the number of genetic codes (r = 0.9858, t = 10.0458> t0.01 = 5.841). Tryptophan, methionine + cystine and lysine are limiting amino acids in rice proteins. This is the main direction of rice protein quality breeding. Among the four restricted amino acids, the content variation of cystine, tryptophan and methionine in rice protein is large (C.V = 26.77%, 19.25%, 11.51%). Therefore, to increase their content should adopt hybrid breeding methods. However, the variation of lysine content was small (C.V. = 3.94%). Mutagenesis and cross breeding should be used to increase its content.
