在人民政权的年代里,化学工业以罗马尼亚历史上未有的速度发展起来。在十年内(从1948年主要生产资料国有化时起)建设了比资产阶级政权五十年内还多的工厂和制造厂。罗马尼亚过去是一个人超的国家,今天却向三十多个国家输出83类化学品。因此,罗马尼亚人民确实有理由把化学工业看作是人民政权的产物。罗马尼亚作为一个化学品生产国过去所占的地位是无法和今天的地位相比。为了说明这一经济领域中的巨大进步,最好先回顾一下它原来的水平。
In the era of the people’s power, the chemical industry developed at an unprecedented rate in Romanian history. Within a decade, starting from the nationalization of the main means of production in 1948, more factories and manufacturing plants than the bourgeois regime were built in 50 years. Romania used to be a super-national, but today it exports 83 chemicals to more than 30 countries. Therefore, the Romanian people indeed have reason to regard the chemical industry as a product of the people’s power. Romania’s past position as a chemical producer can not be compared with today’s status. To illustrate the tremendous progress in this economic area, it is best to review its original level.
