否定句中代词宾语后置的时期问题,一直是学者们关注的焦点。通过对《左传》、《史记》、《论衡》这三部不同时期的作品中的“不”字否定句的穷尽式搜集整理,发现“不”字否定句的代词宾语在西汉时期已经开始以后置为主,两汉时期作品中“不”字否定句中前置的情况仍然存在,但用例极少。在否定句的代词宾语位置的转变时期问题上,杨伯峻、何乐士认为否定句中代词宾语后置的形势到汉代已基本形成。而孙良明认为否定句中代词宾语前置的句式,在汉代就从口语中消失
