提出并研究了解决连铸连轧板坯在线超产检测的单探头滚压法．给出了平面缺陷反射声压的计算公式．并进行了成功的模拟试验。模拟试验验证了单探头滚压法用于在线检测的可行性。指出这种方法还可望用于连铸钢坯及热轧板坯的连续检测．是撞击式单探头压力接触法的发展。
A single probe rolling method is proposed and studied to solve the problem of online overproduction of continuous casting and rolling slab. The calculation formula of plane defect reflection sound pressure is given. And conducted a successful simulation test. Simulation tests verify the feasibility of single-probe rolling method for on-line testing. It is pointed out that this method is also expected to be used for continuous testing of continuous casting slabs and hot rolled slabs. Is the development of single-head collision pressure contact method.
