随着社会进步和全民体育意识的提高、健美操及其衍生出的舞蹈越来越受到广大群众的喜爱,特别是校园内的大学生群体,对健美操更是情有独钟。但是传统的健美操在内容和教学方式上存在着一些与当前审美需求不相适应的地方,这些都对健美操教师提出了改进、创新的要求。本文主要以西藏大学健美操教学为实验对象,进行教学案例的比较分析,并总结出针对西藏高校健美操教学的一些好的方向和方法,为广大教师和教练员提供借鉴和参考。
With the progress of society and the improvement of sporting awareness of the whole nation, aerobics and its derivative dance are more and more popular among the general public. Especially for college students in campus, it is a soft spot for aerobics. However, the traditional aerobics has some incompatible with the current aesthetic needs in terms of content and teaching methods. All of these provide the aerobics teachers with the requirements of improvement and innovation. In this paper, aerobics teaching in Tibet University as the test object, comparative analysis of teaching cases, and summed up the Tibetan aerobics teaching some good direction and method for the majority of teachers and coaches to provide reference and reference.
