《中国文化导读》是我校大学英语第四学期开设的菜单课程,属于菜单课程文化体系。本文通过研究我校大学英语教学改革菜单课程,为构建完善的课程体系,建立合理的质量监控和评估体系的框架提供参考,以探寻适合实际的教学资源、课程目标定位及各学科专业需求的课程设置,提高大学英语课程文化体系的教学效率和质量。
“Introduction to Chinese Culture” is a menu course offered in the fourth semester of our College English Courses and belongs to the menu course culture system. This paper, by studying the menu course of college English teaching reform in our university, provides a reference for building a perfect curriculum system and establishing a reasonable framework of quality control and evaluation system, so as to find a suitable course for practical teaching resources, course objectives and various specialized disciplines. Set up, improve teaching efficiency and quality of college English course culture system.
