等离子弧枪体,是产生等离子弧焰的设备,它的结构主要分上枪体、下枪体和喷嘴三部分。上枪体主要包括钨极和通冷却水的水电导管;下枪体主要包括输入离子气导管及冷却水的水电导管。喷嘴是根据工艺的要求而设计的。上下枪体之间绝缘必须良好,一般用电木绝缘。对于间接冷却枪体,由于电木长期被冷却水浸泡,绝缘性遭到破坏。实践证明,用聚四氟乙稀作绝缘轴比电木好,但必须防止它在高温下分解成有毒的气体,以免中毒。上下枪体之间,是用一个绝缘电木螺帽来联接的。喷嘴与下枪体之间的密封性要好,不能漏水,其密封方式很多。五用枪体是用双“0”,型圈来密封的,其枪体结构见图1。等离子弧受到机械压缩、热收缩效应和磁收缩效应的压缩,因此,等离子弧很细,电流密度非常大,弧焰温度很高(16000~3000~(ok)),

Five gun body is double “0”, ring to seal, the gun body structure shown in Figure 1. The plasma arc is compressed by mechanical compression, heat shrinkage and magnetic shrinkage. Therefore, the plasma arc is very thin, the current density is very large, and the flame temperature is very high (16000 ~ 3000 ~ (ok)),
