炼钢时为使钢水脱氧,需加铝,一般是出钢时用人工投入,由于铝比重轻,且处于钢水的高温之中,易被烧损而造成极大浪费。日本住友钢铁公司发明的“铝弹发射法”,是将铝弹用压缩气体射入钢包内,能大幅度节约用铝量。我所已研制成一台铝弹发射机,解决了铝弹发射速度的测定及发射个数的计量问题。测速能为研究铝弹射入钢包后的深度并在随之上浮的过程中是否全部熔化从而减少烧损节约用铝提供依据,而计数则能直接控制加铝多少。
