三十多年来,全国水产系统各级情报单位和广大水产科技情报研究工作者,通过辛勤的劳动,为发展我国的水产科学事业,振兴中华渔业作出了重要贡献。从实践和理论上从无到有、从弱到强,逐步形成我国水产系统情报研究工作的体系。近几年来,我国水产科技情报研究工作者适应计划经济同市场调节相结合的运行机制,正在逐步树立用户第一的服务思想和信息商品的观念,拓宽情报服务领域、积极开展有偿服务。服务范围已由科技向经济、社会、市场延伸(服务模式,由被动服务走向主动服务。通过情报工作的改革,贯彻了情报工作“一业为主,多种经营”的方针,从实践中初步摸索出一条关于我国水产科技情报全方位、多层次转化为生产力的基本模式和方法,即提供战略情报预测研究成果,为领导决策服务;提供战术情报研究成果为攻关课题服务;提供跟踪情报研究成果,为生产单位服务;情报专家参与技术论证,为科研项目服务;开拓信息市场,为外向型经济服务;信息情报传递报道,为经济建设主战场服务。现将我国水产科技情报转化生产力的基本模式和方法进行概述和探讨。
