本文报道了适于寒地引种的光敏感核不育水稻花药培养的诱导培养基和分化培养基，及以试管苗越冬，春季栽培的可行性，介绍了光照时间对两份光敏材料的不同影响。
In this paper, the induction medium and differentiation medium of anther culture of photosensitive genie male sterile rice suitable for cold introduction were introduced, and the feasibility of in vitro culture in winter and spring in vitro was introduced. The different effects of light time on the two photosensitive materials were introduced .
