给大白鼠自饮含氟量为50ppm和75ppm的水100天,成功地建立了氟对软组织、特别是肝脏和肾脏发生病理改变的慢性氟中毒动物模型。
Rats were self-primed with 50 ppm and 75 ppm fluorine for 100 days and successfully established animal model of chronic fluorosis with pathological changes of soft tissue, especially liver and kidney.
