德育作为一门育人的学问是教育活动的有机组成部分,而初中教育在我国教育系统中居于基础地位,既肩负着为高一级院校输送新生和为社会各战线培养接班人的重任,又是培养学生道德情感、引导学生精神自律、提高学生心理素质的重要场所。基于此,以初中德育人文关怀理念的现实意义为出发点,从德育课程人文关怀的教育模式、评价机制以及德育教师人文关怀的职业素养三个方面对其实现路径进行探讨,以供商榷。
As a knowledge-based education, moral education is an integral part of educational activities. While junior secondary education occupies a fundamental position in our education system, it shoulders the important task of delivering freshmen to higher-level institutions and cultivating successors for all social fronts. It is also an important place to cultivate students’ moral emotion, guide students’ self-discipline and improve students’ psychological quality. Based on this, taking the practical significance of the concept of humane care in junior high school as a starting point, this paper discusses the way to realize it from three aspects: the education mode of humane care in moral education curriculum, evaluation mechanism and the professionalism of humane care of moral education teachers for discussion.
