Recently, the study on grassroots cadres’ consumption orientation has conducted a special survey on the wage and salaries of 51 grassroots cadres and found that grassroots cadres are generally satisfied with the present wage income. Many comrades mentioned that their wages and salaries are high in comparison with the majority of local youth at the same age. We also mentioned that it is not easy for the state to increase salaries for army cadres in the face of difficult economic conditions.
