用氧探头末测定和控制溶解在钢水中的氧含量,已经进行了实验室和工业规模的研究。对用流动气体和Cr—Cr_2O_3粉末混合物作参比电极的氧探头来说,在1550℃吋能用氧探头直接测定钢水中的最低氧含量分别为0.0070和0.0015‰。已经证明:氧探头可作为一种有效方法,既能用来更好的了解炼钢过程中的高温反应,又可改善钢的质量和提高钢的产量。
Laboratory tests and industrial scale studies have been conducted using oxygen probes to determine and control the oxygen content dissolved in the molten steel. For oxygen probes that use a flowing gas and a Cr-Cr 2 O 3 powder mixture as the reference electrode, the lowest oxygen content in the molten steel measured at 1550 ° C using the oxygen probe is 0.0070 and 0.0015 ‰, respectively. It has been demonstrated that oxygen probes can be used as an effective method to better understand the high temperature reaction during steelmaking, to improve the quality of steel and to increase the yield of steel.
