优先购买权,是特定的民事主体依照法律规定享有的优于他人购买某项特定财产的权利。这种权利是对所有权的一种限制,以牺牲出卖人和第三人的合法利益为代价,换取对优先购买权人特殊利益的保护。
The preemptive right is the right that a particular civil subject enjoys over other people’s purchase of a particular property in accordance with the law. This right is a limitation of ownership at the expense of the legitimate interests of the seller and the third party in exchange for the protection of the privilege of the priority purchaser.
