今年以来,山东降水量较常年明显偏少,使得潍坊、威海、日照等多地遭遇不同程度的干旱。据山东省防办提供的最新数据显示,今年以来,山东省平均降水量26.3毫米,较历年同期偏少50.6%,较去年同期偏少21%。十年九旱,这似乎成为影响山东农业生产的定律。像笔者所在的山东省五莲县就是一个典型的山区县,农业生产主要靠天吃饭。按照往年惯例,春节过后农民就会开始下地干活。
Since the beginning of this year, the rainfall in Shandong Province has been obviously less than normal, which has caused different degrees of drought in Weifang, Weihai and Rizhao. According to the latest data provided by the Shandong Provincial Defense Office, the average rainfall of Shandong Province this year is 26.3 millimeters, 50.6% less than the same period in previous years and 21% less than the same period of last year.
