This article focuses on the important relationship between the new Austrian law and its test instrumentation. Measuring the deformation of the ground surface and its dynamics, accordingly taking corresponding measures is the core of the new Austrian law. This article explores the main purpose of collecting measurement data, how to use the data and how it affects construction cycles and contract implementation.
