游离脂肪酸饱和度对内皮细胞一氧化氮及内皮素合成的影响

　用含不同饱和度的游离脂肪酸(FFA)的培养基孵育人脐静脉内皮细胞。C18: 1、C18: 2抑制内皮细胞合成一氧化氮,同时抑制内皮素(ET)合成,C18: 0促进内皮细胞合成ET,以上结果提示FFA对内皮细胞的作用与其饱和度有关。

Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were incubated with media containing free fatty acids (FFA) at different degrees of saturation. C18: 1, C18: 2 inhibited the synthesis of nitric oxide by endothelial cells and inhibited the synthesis of endothelin (ET). C18: 0 promoted the synthesis of ET by endothelial cells. These results suggest that the effect of FFA on endothelial cells is related to its saturation.
