从石家庄市住房保障和房产管理局了解到,今年年内该市将实行公共保障房购买政策,计划将2009年以前入住两年以上的共2385套公共保障房,逐步进行试点出售。对其他人住的保障房小区,今后也将按计划逐步实施“租售并举”政策。据了解,今年年内实行的“租售并举”政策,将对政府持有的保障房,以租为主,在房源充足的前提下,按照承租人自愿的原则,向承租人进行出售,而出售价格将由物价部门会同住房保障部门参照同地段、同品质类似房屋的市场价格确定。
