以Na2CO3,BaCO3,SrCO3,NH4H2PO4和Eu2O3为原料,利用高温固相反应法合成了Eu3+离子掺杂的磷锶钡钠石(Ba,Sr)(Na,Sr)2Na(PO4)2粉末样品。用X射线衍射(XRD)、傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)、傅里叶变换拉曼光谱(FT-Raman)和扫描电镜(SEM)等技术对其物相组成、结构和晶体形貌进行了表征。探讨了不同晶体结构中Sr/Ba比对晶体结构和发光性能的影响。实验通过对Eu3+的发光特点的表征和研究,分别测试了Eu3+离子的室温激发光谱和发射光谱。研究结果表明:(Ba,Sr)(Na,Sr)2Na(PO4)2属简单六方晶系,所有的振动均来自PO43-阴离子团,Eu3+占据非反演中心的格位,该材料中阳离子位置具有高度扰动性的特点。
Eu3 + ions doped Ba, Sr (Na, Sr) 2Na (PO4) 2 powders were synthesized by high temperature solid state reaction using Na2CO3, BaCO3, SrCO3, NH4H2PO4 and Eu2O3 as raw materials. The phase composition, structure and crystal morphology were characterized by XRD, FT-IR, FT-Raman and SEM. Characterization. The effects of Sr / Ba ratio on the crystal structure and luminescence properties of different crystal structures were discussed. Through the characterization and investigation of the luminescence characteristics of Eu3 +, the excitation and emission spectra of Eu3 + ions at room temperature were tested respectively. The results show that (Ba, Sr) (Na, Sr) 2Na (PO4) 2 belongs to the simple hexagonal system, all the vibration comes from the PO43- anion group and Eu3 + occupies the non-inversion center. The cation position Has a highly perturbed characteristics.
