患儿 ,女 ,10岁。因腹痛伴左下腹包块 0 .5 a加重 3d收住院。患儿 0 .5 a前出现不规则腹痛 ,发作时左下腹出现包块 ,口服解痉药物后疼痛缓解。 3d前腹痛突然加重 ,给予同样治疗病情不缓解 ,伴发热 ,体温达 38.3℃。查体见患儿神志清 ,急性痛苦病容。 BP:12 /8k Pa,HR:10 4次 /
