深圳启动“诚信通关”新模式深圳沙头角海关日前向深圳先进微电子科技有限公司等3家企业正式颁发了《信任优先证》。这标志着深圳海关对守法企业实行的“诚信通关”新模式正式启动,诚信守法的出口大户在深圳口岸将得到更好的快捷通关服务。深圳海关副关长吴荣昌介绍说,“诚信通关”是深圳海关对守法经营的出口大户给予的特别优惠措施,作为试点,深圳沙头角海关率先对诚信企业颁发了《信任优先证》。企业凭证在海关业务范围内享受优先办理合同备案、报关、纳税、合同核销等便利。获证企业经沙头角口岸进出口货物,海关一般不予查验,确需查验的,须经主管关长批准。在节假日期间,获证企业可预约办理海关手续。海关方面一般对企业不予下厂核查,确需核查,须经主管关长批准方可。海关聘请企业负责人为义务监督员,负责对海关业务工作、关员态度作风、廉政建设等方面进行监督。海

The certified enterprises that import and export goods via Shatoujiao Port will not be inspected by the Customs and generally need to be examined and approved by the competent director. During the holidays, certified companies can apply for customs clearance procedures.
