预防青少年犯罪，必须走出传统教育的误区，如重智南德、心理引导空白、家教无力等等，改善社会环境与加强社会教育才不至于流于形式。
To prevent juvenile delinquency, we must step out of the misunderstandings of traditional education. For instance, we should give priority to South Germany, lack of psychological guidance, weakness in tutoring and so on. Improving the social environment and strengthening social education will not come to a mere formality.
