目的探讨全密封式组织处理机工作中的各种试剂、机器的稳定性及其作用。方法对全密封式组织处理机在工作使用过程中试剂周期的调整。结果经各试剂使用周期的调整后,组织脱水到位,透明、浸蜡效果好,易切片,细胞染色胞浆对比度明显,延长了各试剂最大使用周期,降低了成本。
Objective To investigate the stability of all kinds of reagents and machine in the whole sealed tissue processor and its function. Methods To adjust the reagent cycle of the whole sealed tissue processor during working use. Results After the adjustment of the use cycle of each reagent, tissue dehydration in place, transparent, waxing effect is good, easy to slice, cell staining cytoplasm contrast significantly, extending the maximum life cycle of each reagent, reducing costs.
