本文对武汉市7～12岁健康学龄儿童210例(男110、女100)进行详细询问病史、系统体格检查。为与学龄组比较,对4～6岁健康儿童12例及13～25岁健康青少年21例进行发硒含量分析。①样品前处理:剪取离头皮3～5cm长的枕部头发,在盛有1％海鸥洗涤剂的培养皿中浸泡,搅拌1小时,用水冲洗干净后再用重蒸馏水洗3次,放入80℃～100℃烘箱干燥24小时,取出置干燥器中备检。称取0.5g发样,置三角烧瓶内,加混酸(HNO_3:HCIO_4:H_2SO_4=24:24:1)7ml,消化过夜,
In this paper, Wuhan City, aged 7 to 12 healthy school-age children in 210 cases (110 male and 100 female) history and physical examination in detail.
