河南油田分公司石油工程技术研究院是一个集钻井、采油工程技术研究和经济研究、新技术推广应用、科技信息服务为一体的综合性科研单位,主要从事钻井工程、采油工程的方案设计、新工艺新技术的攻关配套以及重点技术的推广应用,是河南油田钻采工程的技术支撑单位。全院共有专业技术人员285人,其中教授级高工5人,副高级117人,中级92人,博士研究生3人,硕士研究生43人。涉及钻井工程、采油工程、石油地质、油田测试、油田化学等多个专业领域。
