西柏坡是享誉中外的革命纪念地,是全国一流的爱国主义和革命传统教育基地。要将西柏坡打造成河北旅游经济新的增长极,需要处理好五个方面的关系:在做大做强西柏坡品牌方面,要处理好共性与个性的关系;在挖掘西柏坡政治资源优势方面,要处理好抽象和具体的关系;在弘扬西柏坡精神、用好西柏坡经验方面要处理好宏观和微观的关系;在西柏坡与温塘协调发展方面,要处理好对立与统一的关系;在经济发展与环境保护方面,要处理好当前与长远的关系。
