随着我国参与经济全球化进程的进一步深入,也要求我国钢铁企业加快国际化进程。参与国际化要求企业首先制定国际化战略,就是打破被国界束缚的思维,把企业放在全球大背景下重新定位,思考如何充分利用全球的商机和资源,加速企业的成长。企业确定国际化战略可以从上游和下游两个角度考量,即:市场全球化和资源全球化。企业既可以选择开拓全球市场,也可以选择在全球范围内整合生产原料资源,亦或者兼而有之,在全球范围内充分利用两种资源,征战全球市场。在现今的全球钢铁业,钢铁企业开展国际化进程可以有4种战略,即:①本土防御战略。企业通过获
With the deepening of China’s participation in the process of economic globalization, China’s iron and steel enterprises are also required to speed up the process of internationalization. Participating in internationalization requires enterprises to first formulate an international strategy to break down the mindset bound by the world, reposition the enterprise on a global background, and consider how to make full use of global business opportunities and resources to speed up the growth of enterprises. Enterprises to determine the strategy of internationalization can be considered from both the upstream and downstream perspectives, namely: market globalization and resource globalization.
