全面阅读活动存在着纸质文献阅读率持续走低,对全民阅读的重要性缺乏足够的重视及全民阅读没有纳入国家文化建设的总体规划之中等问题。图书馆在推进全民阅读中起着催化和引导作用,具体的推进策略包括:增加文化事业经费投入,积极推进数字图书馆建设,创新服务方式,做好导读介入,全民阅读纳入国家文化建设的总体规划,鼓励和开发民间阅读公益组织,积极发展阅读志愿者及提高自身素质,服务全民阅读。
In the comprehensive reading activities, the reading rate of paper documents continues to decline, the importance of reading for all people lacks sufficient attention, and the reading of all people is not included in the overall planning of national cultural construction.
