目的:了解肿瘤细胞药敏试验在治疗急性白血病中的临床意义.方法:取患者外周血或骨髓2ML进行离心、冲洗干燥处理后进行计数.结果:治疗组40例,32例获完全缓解,其中19例一疗程完全缓解,13例2疗程完全缓解,完全缓解率80%.2例部分缓解.对照组35例中22例完全缓解,完全缓解率为62.8%,6例部份缓解,二组完全缓解率对比有显著性差异(0.05＞P＞0.01).结论:根据肿瘤细胞药敏结果指导治疗急性白血病疗效满意.
