将正常足月妊娠（包括５例妊高征）阴道分娩者１８０例，随机分为三组，观察应用卡孕栓或催产素后对第三产程及产后２小时内出血量的影响。卡孕栓组于胎儿娩出后立即向阴道内置入卡孕栓１枚（１ｍｇ）为１组，置入２枚（２ｍｇ）为２组，对照组为肌注催产素组。三组结果：卡孕栓组第三产程平均时间为６．２９及６．４７分钟，较对照组缩短３．４４及３．２６分钟（Ｐ＜０．０５）；产后２小时内平均出血量为１５２．８及１５６．８ｍｌ，较对照组分别减少了５１．１７及５４．６５ｍｌ（Ｐ＜０．０５）。提示卡孕栓具有比催产素更强的缩宫作用，且具有用药简便、无创伤性、安全、缩短第三产程及减少出血量等优点。卡孕栓１ｍｇ与２ｍｇ的剂量对第三产程及产后出血量的影响，两者间比较，无显著性差异（Ｐ＞０．０５）。
180 cases of normal full-term pregnancy (including 5 cases of pregnancy induced hypertension) vaginal delivery were randomly divided into three groups to observe the application of carboplatin or oxytocin on the second stage of labor and postpartum bleeding within 2 hours.
