沥青混凝土的松弛性能与低温抗裂性能密切相关,为了研究废旧轮胎胶粉对沥青混凝土松弛性能的影响,基于复合材料细观力学理论,将胶粉改性沥青混凝土视为由沥青混凝土和胶粉组成的两相复合材料,建立了胶粉改性沥青混凝土的松弛性能预测模量,通过沥青混凝土和胶粉黏弹性能参数的输入,对胶粉改性沥青混凝土的松弛性能进行预测分析。结果表明:胶粉的掺入使得沥青混凝土的松弛模量降低,提高了低温抗裂性能。考虑胶粉黏弹性能对松弛性能预测结果的影响很小,可以将模型进行简化,在预测时可以将胶粉视为弹性材料忽略其黏弹性能。
The relaxation behavior of asphalt concrete is closely related to the anti-cracking performance at low temperature. In order to study the influence of waste rubber powder on the relaxation property of asphalt concrete, based on the theory of meso-mechanics of composite material, the modified asphalt concrete is treated as a mixture of asphalt concrete , The predictive modulus of relaxation properties of rubber powder modified asphalt concrete was established. The relaxation performance of rubber powder modified asphalt concrete was predicted by the input of viscoelastic properties of asphalt concrete and rubber powder. The results show that the incorporation of rubber powder reduces the relaxation modulus of asphalt concrete and improves the cracking resistance at low temperature. Considering that the viscoelastic properties of rubber powders have little effect on the prediction of relaxation properties, the model can be simplified and the viscoelastic properties can be neglected in the prediction of rubber powders.
